SHIPPING POLICY
Please anticipate that it may take 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. All quoted shipping times should be added to the processing time.
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS and send tracking information via email at the time of shipping for packages shipped using First Class Package or Priority Mail.
Shipping Agreements
Your purchase from this store validates the following shipping agreements:
- You agree that you have provided a correct and secure mailing address.
- You agree not to hold Proven Managerial Expertise LLC responsible for any package that is lost or damaged by USPS.
- Proven Managerial Expertise LLC is not responsible for any package that is stolen from your address.
- Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged by USPS, as we closely follow USPS shipping and packaging standards to ensure your items reach you safely.
- As the customer, you are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS if your package has been damaged or lost.
- If your package is lost in transit (which is very rare), you agree that Proven Managerial Expertise LLC will not be held responsible if the tracking information indicates that the package was “delivered,” confirming that USPS successfully delivered the package to the specified address.
- International customers acknowledge that their purchase/package does not come with insurance and tracking (beyond the U.S. border), and NO refunds will be issued for damage, customs seizure, or loss.
- All customers, both domestic and international, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own state’s/country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.
- International customers are responsible for paying any import taxes owed.
